Paisley, another month has literally flown by and you are a whopping nine months old now!! We are into the fall, leaves falling everywhere and the days getting darker sooner. This was the month of you crawling everywhere!!! Life has changed a lot now with you mobile..I can't do much when you are awake and that gets tricky being a mom of five. If I fold laundry, you crawl across and unfold it. If I eat lunch, you want what I eat. If I'm on the computer, you want to tap the keys! How could I have forgotten about all of this in just a few short years!! I'm having to be more patient with time and how much I can literally get done with you awake. It's been a learning curve for the both of us.
This is one of my "capture" methods..we stick you in a laundry basket to keep you from getting the laundry while I fold it!! Sometimes, if you are lucky, one of your older siblings will take you for a ride, zooming in the hallway!
You are the happiest baby I have ever known! Getting a smile of you, when the camera is right at you, is the easiest thing in the world. You are always happy, always sweet and always smiling! How did we get so lucky!?
This month you had to endure lots of time at soccer games. It wasn't always your favorite, but with five soccer players in the house, we were on the field a lot. Bless your heart, you just go with the flow and have to go everywhere we do!!
You have determined that you don't like bottles much anymore and you love solid foods...haha...like the pizza below. You have to sit at the table with us for every meal and boy the volume at the dinner table has gotten louder with you there. I forgot what it was like to eat my dinners cold like I do again
because of you and needing to feed demanding you first! ;-)
You like most baby foods, bananas, love yogurt, applesauce, honey nut cheerios, and started drinking from a sippy cup.
Two teeth of yours popped up a couple of months ago and we are seeing the signs of six more arriving shortly!
Enjoying the fall at Leeds Pumpkin Farm.
Last month you had a hard time with Daddy...this month he had you wrapped around his finger. This is my all time favorite picture of you and Daddy....you smile and kick your legs when he comes home and all his efforts of spending time with you paid off. Can you see just how much you look like him!?
You loved the fall leaves...when they fell from the trees and loved crinkling them in your cute little fingers.
And our pumpkins were as big as you are!
Paisley, you are the most curious and questioning child we have ever had. You are attentive to anything and everything going on. The world is in your eyes and you seem to take everything in. You love watching the kids playing outside and I know it won't be long until you are off and running along with them. Although you aren't cuddly much, I love holding you, hugging you and keeping you little as long as possible. You are all too fast getting heading toward being a toddler and your first birthday is fast approaching!
